Medallions:
Those special units struck to commemorate special occasions, events or
fun events that add to the history of your section, group, district,
region or branch.

Medals and Awards:
Medals or Awards given locally, regionally, at a state level, or
nationally to members of the Scout Movement for services to the Scout
Movement or to the wider community.

Flags and Pennants:
Flags of sections, groups, districts, regions or branch struck for
special occasions or where flags have been changed due to changes in
circumstances e.g. groups amalgamating. Pennants for special
events or as acknowledgements of regular events held annually e.g.
swimming carnivals, annual camps, jamborees etc.

Woggles:
Woggles and other uniform paraphernalia - name tapes, special
badges, metal buttons, belt buckles etc.

Wall Charts:
Charts which depict stages in the history of a group etc.
Charts of badge schemes over the years. Honour Boards listing the
achievements of the members. Competition result charts.top
Trophies:
Trophies won or held by the section, group, district, region or
branch for specific events.top
History:
Records which detail the life of the section, group, district,
region or branch. Meeting minutes, Financial Records, Diaries, Log
Books, Returns, written histories and other recorded material which
together with the other items mentioned make up the history of the unit
concerned.

Photographs:
Photographs of activities and events in the life of a section,
group, district, region or branch.
Photographs without details are of very little use - so ensure a story
and names are included with every photograph !top
Uniforms:
Uniforms through the years have changed and become part of the
history of the Movement. Uniforms help to identify eras in Scouting
especially when identifying photographs etc.
